TaxBridge Advisory, LLC ("TaxBridge", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This page describes what information we collect when you use taxbridgeadvisory.com and our client portal, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account information you provide directly: name, email, phone, and tax-related profile fields (filing status, last-4 SSN/EIN).
- Documents you upload to the portal, stored in a private encrypted bucket and accessible only via short-lived signed URLs.
- Usage data: log entries for portal actions (uploads, downloads, status changes) for security and support.
How we use it
We use your information only to provide tax preparation and advisory services you engage us for, communicate with you, comply with our legal obligations, and improve the service. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing
We share data with your assigned preparer, with the IRS and applicable state revenue agencies as required for filings you authorize, and with vetted service providers (hosting, payments) that are bound by confidentiality.
Retention
We retain client records and supporting documents for the periods required by IRS guidance — generally seven years — after which they are securely deleted.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@taxbridgeadvisory.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Security
Documents are stored encrypted at rest and in transit. Row-level security ensures only you and your assigned preparer can access your records.
