We want every client to feel confident about engaging us. This policy explains when fees are refundable.
Before work begins
If we have not begun preparation, we will refund 100% of any fees paid within 5 business days of your written request.
After work begins
Once preparation has started, fees are refundable on a pro-rata basis reflecting the work completed. Specific milestones are listed below:
- Document review complete: up to 60% refundable
- Draft return prepared: up to 30% refundable
- Return e-filed and accepted: non-refundable
LLC formation
State filing fees paid to government agencies are non-refundable once submitted. Our preparation fee is refundable per the schedule above before filing.
How to request a refund
Email hello@taxbridgeadvisory.com with your case number and reason. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
