TaxBridge Advisory, LLC provides tax preparation, advisory, and entity formation services. Each engagement is governed by an engagement letter that controls in case of conflict with these terms.
Your responsibilities
- Provide complete, truthful information and documents.
- Review draft returns before authorizing e-file.
- Maintain account credentials confidentially.
Our responsibilities
We use reasonable professional care to prepare returns and meet filing deadlines once documents are received. We are not responsible for penalties resulting from incomplete information provided after agreed deadlines.
Fees
Fees are quoted in advance and payable before filing. Late payments may delay filing.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaxBridge Advisory's aggregate liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
